It seems kinda like overkill.
On the one hand, posting XYZ's name and the girl's name publically is a great way to force an apology not only out of the girl, but also of the officers, especially the president of the sorority as well.
However, it's a pretty low blow if you asked me. I would say "Hey, what if what I say is possibly taken out of context, or even in context, would I be posted up on that board?" Would they put me up there?" If the store treats its customers like that, and is willing to lose an entire sorority because of one girl's comments, do I really want to do business there?
Personally, I'd think the answer would be no for me. I'd be half tempted to rally a boycott of the store from EVERY GLO on campus and starve them out and make them apologize for doing that to XYZ.
