Here's what I don't get.
Remember how when he was married to Nicole and when rumors would fly that would get printed (ie. he is gay, etc...) he would sue.
So now InTouch has been reporting for like the last month and a half that he and Katie are putting on a facade of a happy relationship until after the baby is born. They are also questioning her bump (I obviously believe she is pregnant but you got to admit that her bumb is a little odd looking and the fact that she really hasn't gained weight anywhere else). The magazine also talks, all the time, about how the Holmes family CAN'T stand Tom.
Yet, Tom isn't sueing? Tom isn't even fighting to stop the publications.
Makes me think the magazines are right.
