Well basically we just need to decide what things we want to award points for, like eating healthy (or sticking to your plan if you have one), drinking your water, exercising, sharing health tips with the rest of the group, etc. Then we set a date to begin and end, and one person would be in charge of keeping up with everyone's points. This is an honor system program, so don't check in and say "I earned 3 pts because I worked out, ate healthy and drank my water" when you didn't do it. And maybe at the end we could come up with some e-prizes for the winners. But the goal is for everyone to feel good and be healthier, which is a great reward in itself.
