I think back in the day...it was harder for juniors to rush, because you are looking for memebers to stay the full four years. I go to CSU-Long beach...which is a great tranfer school, and I could tell you that it seems that not even half the girls that go though rush are freshmen. I know a lot of girls that re 2 and 3 years that go though rush and get the house that they wanted. People tend to think that transfer aren't going to be active for long...my friend was active for three years and was president her second year and complete helped the image of her organization
