Excuse me for butting in ... but I'd just like to send a reminder ... if your convention is going to be in Scottsdale, Arizona in June or July... remember it gets VERY VERY hot in Arizona in the summer. 110+ degrees is not unusal in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area during this time frame. If you're going to do anything outside (ie golf, play tennis, walk, ride) plan do it before 10am. Otherwise its much to hot. Also, if you swim, use plenty of SPF 30+ sunscreen and don't "lay out in the sun". You'll get fried very quickly and be very uncomfortable.

Otherwise .. enjoy your trip to Arizona!
