I suggest looking at some other sorority sites on your campus. Look at the types of pictures they put on their website. I'm willing to bet that that other sororities don't have pictures of drinking or males strippers on them.
Also, if you're going to post pictures, try to choose the ones where girls look put together in them. Those will make good impressions on PNMs.
