Do you not read, please understand that 75 out of 80 rapes do not have DNA evidence. You can wear a condom when you rape someone that does not mean you did not rape them. That just meant that you protected yourself and did not leave anything behind to be discovered. If she was not raped then why did they find her finger nails and wallet in the house? There was a struggle. Please educated yourself on the articles attached to the posts.
