co-sign on what lindz said. I too have done the opposite and it burned me even worse. I'm sure the guys will understand and its probably akward for them as well if they are friends with you. If you want to maintain friendships with the guys, perhaps in time you can hang out with them outside the house but for now just do what you need to do.
