Never heard that one! It seems the more a guy has had to drink, the longer the encounter lasts. Kind of like, "Wow, this is taking a long time...isn't this taking longer than usual?...I'm starting to get sore...is he almost DONE?...shoot, I have first period Chem tomorrow, did I finish that last problem?...OUCH!...hey look, there's a crack on the ceiling shaped like the Big Dipper...well, finally!...ready to take me home?"

I don't think so, at least not in my personal experience. However, if a girl says she doesn't remember what happened the night before, she is probably not telling the truth!
