my cousin/best friend (diff sorority) is getting brought up for not making points because they won't excuse her for a learning center for her hardest class. it's only held once a week during their chapter, but it's a hard engineering class and she needs the learning center (they go over all of the homework for the next class and things - i don't know if anyone has anything like this but they are really important at my school). to me it sounds like their house is not putting academics first by not letting her go to this thing that she NEEDS to pass. i know it's not a class itself, but these are almost vital to passing classes. she is thinking about quitting now and this is the only reason...has anyone ever heard anything like this?
