Not 100% sure what they do now. When I was active, we were usually either #1 or #2 in grades. Our minimum GPA was all men's average which was usually around a 2.6-2.7. We had mandatory study hours at the house if you fell below. There was a further minimum that if you fell below, there would be increased study hours followed by suspension altogether. I believe it was a 2.25.

People above all-men's still had mandatory study hours, but they were minimal.
