Naomi strikes again! Supermodel Naomi Campbell faces up to seven years in jail for attacking another housekeeper. The 35-year old model was arrested last week and charged with second degree assault after she beat her housekeeper in the head with a phone. The 41-year old housekeeper had to get four stitches in the head. This is not the first time Naomi has beat the help. She has a history of attacking her workers. Her cruelty toward her foreign help is legendary. Naomi claims she’s innocent, and she reportedly told her staff to lie about what happened. She told them to tell the cops the maid tripped. Police became suspicious when they saw blood everywhere. The maid says Naomi assaulted her after she couldn’t find Naomi’s favorite pair of jeans. Why would the maid steal her jeans? She’s short and stocky, and Naomi is tall and lean. When Naomi couldn’t find her jeans, she flew into a rage and went after the housekeeper. Bang! Bang! Upside the housekeeper’s head! What is wrong with Naomi? She’s out of control, unpredictable and dangerous. Why is she always abusing her foreign help? She needs a good ole fashion A** Whippin’. She needs to be more respectful to her help. Friends of Naomi claim she is afraid of getting older, and she’s vulnerable as her career starts to fade.

Russell and Kimora Lee Simmons have made it official. After seven years of marriage, it’s over. The two have been leading separate lives for the past nine months. Russell is gearing up to move out of their 10 bedroom palace. Russell says he and Kimora will not fight over their business empire or money. He says he expects her to be reasonable because they are still friends. Kimora is known as the royal highness of overindulgence. And, at the age of 30, her life is just beginning. Kimora and Russell have two kids. Russell has already moved on. He’s 48, and he has been spending a lot of time with a 23-year old model. As for Kimora, she has been spending a lot of time with Basketball’s Stephon Marbury of the New York Knicks. There have also been rumors about Kimora and other women. Sources say Kimora pushed for the divorce. With her Baby Phat collection making more money than Russell’s Phat Farm collection, she doesn’t need him anymore. Throw in her book and TV show on VH1, and she’s got her fame. Now she can live the life she really wants to live. Will it be a friendly divorce as Russell claims, or will Kimora go find the lawyer who helped Tracey Edmonds get paid? Tracey got $70 million in a divorce settlement from Singer/Songwriter/Producer Babyface.

Is Singer Cherelle Whitney Houston’s get high partner? According to published reports, Cherelle has been fingered as Whitney’s right hand gal. Back in the 80’s, Cherelle had a slew of hits and duets with Alexander O’Neal (Saturday Love, Never Knew Love Like This and Everything I Miss At Home). When the hits stopped, Cherelle settled down for married life with a minister. Well that marriage is over, and Cherelle is making headlines for her antics with Whitney. Whitney and Cherelle reportedly are being sued for being bad tenants. Apparently, they got some property together and left it in bad condition. The property damage totaled $8 thousand, and they owe $17 thousand in back rent. Cherelle angrily denies these charges. She says these are all lies made up by Bobby Brown’s family. So where is Bobby? Bobby has left Whitney. She has no current income, and the money is drying up. Whitney is a singer, not a songwriter. Songwriters make the all the money. Despite all of her hits, she never attached her name to her songs or took a cut of the publishing. Whitney made her money off touring, but she can’t sing anymore. Last week, Bobby’s sister Tina Brown told all about Whitney’s drug use and destruction. Tina allegedly got paid $200 thousand for her story. She used to get high with Whitney, so she knew all the dirt. She was able to get pictures of Whitney’s drug dens. Did Bobby put his sister up to this? Were they in cahoots to get the money? With Whitney’s money gone, she can no longer support his family, and they are desperate for cash. Bobby’s children, Bobby Jr., and La Princia, cut off Whitney a while ago because they grew tired of all the drama. As for Bobbi Kristina, she is staying with Whitney’s brother Gary.

P. Diddy is suing Proactive. He used to star in their infomercials, but now he’s claims his bumps have come back. He’s suing them for $1.5 million.

At the movies, it’s Phat Girlz starring Mo’nique, and Antonio Banderas and Alfre Woodard head up the cast for the dance drama Take The Lead.

Former BET 106 & Park Host AJ Calloway is blasting the network for the many videos they show. Calloway, who is now an entertainment correspondent for Extra TV, says he’s glad he’s gone from the network. He says he’s embarrassed by what he sees on the channel and the negative influence the videos have on today’s generation.

Our condolences go out to the family of former Futures’ Singer Harry McGilberry, who passed away earlier this week. As a member of The Futures, McGilberry sang back up for Melba Moore, Teddy Pendergrass, Jerry Butler, Lou Rawls, Billy Paul and McFadden & Whitehead. Plus, the group got to release their own albums in the 70’s. Along with his bass vocals being heard on the Sound of Philly classics, Love is Here and (Part Time) Party Time Man, McGilberry later became a member of The Temptations. He joined The Temps in 1996, and he was featured on the 1998 album Phoenix Rising and the hits Stay and This Is My Promise.
Paula Abdul stays! Despite the wacky behavior, odd clothing and tears, Abdul will remain on American Idol. Her new three year deal is worth between $5 and $8 million. Now that Paula and Simon have gotten raises, will Randy Jackson be next?

Thanks to all of those who responded to my question about a replacement for Star Jones. The response was incredible. A lot of people agreed with me and said Sheryl Lee Ralph. Many others emailed their suggestions and said they would like to see Vanessa Williams, Queen Latifah, Sherri Shepherd, Rolonda Watts or Soledad O’Brien, to name a few. A lot of people felt that Joy Behar should be replaced because she is always making snide remarks to Star. Star will be on The View for a while. It appears Meredith Vieria will be leaving the show to host The Today Show on NBC. Katie Couric is leaving The Today Show to anchor the evening news on CBS. Meredith is top choice to replace Katie. With Meredith leaving, The View cannot afford to lose Star. Too much change is unsettling on TV, and it would totally change the chemistry of the show with two new people. Star dodged a bullet this time. She will stay as Meredith leaves.

Get ready for more Flavor of Love with Flavor Flav on VH1. During last week’s reunion show, After The Lovin’, Flav announced that he and Hoopz would just be friends, no romance. Hoopz won over New York to be the woman who would wear the clock, the gold teeth and have Flavor Flav’s heart. Flav should have picked New York. Despite her outlandish behavior, she would have stuck by Flav. Hoopz wants to be a movie star, and she used Flav for her own career. She had no intention of getting down with him and those teeth. Now Flav is going to have to do it all over again for a new season of Flavor of Love. Let’s hope they bring New York back. She was hysterical.
