Mine was getting fired from my job.

Universities don't prepare you after you graduate and tell you it may take you years to find a job. So I was going through a HUGE bout with depression were I would have crying spells, staying in bed all day, not taking a shower, it was really bad.

Then I finally got this job and I liked it, but it was not my passion. So after a while and still on probation, they fired me. I did not cry, I actually laughed and felt free.

Months later my friend tells me that she has this perfect job for me in a different city and state. So I applied, interviewed, prayed, and got the job. I am happy, very happy. I love what I do in my career and I am maturing in ways I never thought I could.

Plus, my current job I have now pays way less then the one I got fired at. But if I stayed at that job, I would not have accepted the job I have now, nor moved out of my parents home. Plus I'm very active in my new church, enjoying my independence, and having fun. So I am Happy!
