Start scoping out dresses around the time of high school homecomings and proms. Right afterwards, the prices drop down to an affordable fractions of the original price! I got my formal dress last year for about $50 at Hudsons and it was amazing! This summer I saw an incredible red dress marked down to $12 (
) and if it didn't have a visible and non-fixable snag, I would have grabbed it immediately!!!
