I know a lot of people who do integrated (5 year bachelors/masters or 7 year bachelors/mds) programs, but I don't think I'd do it otherwise. Allegedly, it doesn't show breadth of philosophy (since you'll basically be taking classes with the same people), but if you really enjoy where you are, it's a good school, and changing would be a financial burden, I'd say go for it. I'm counting the days until I can attend another school, but if you like where you are...go for it!
