Thanks for the reply. From my experience, I have found that there are two ways to throw up the Blue (with and without the thumb.) It really depends on what area of the country you or your chapter are from. Here in Oklahoma, I know some brothers who do both.
Also, if he threw up the Blue, those who count, the Greeks, and GDI's who are contemplating becoming Greek, will know what he is talking about.
