Here is a neat stress reductiuon technique. When you feel bothered about whats going on . . .
1.hold your head still and look straight ahead.
2. while still keeping the head still look left out of the corner of your eye and then look right out of the corner of your eye.
You are kind of like moving them back and forth.
3. Do for 25 repetitions, and then repeat if you need up to more sets.
It should break the pattern a little. Keep doing it every time the thoughts cause you anxiety.
