HC my job is getting more complicated?

HC they trying to change it to a sales environment with no raise or commission?

HC I've took on a new responsibility and got no new money(in addition to the environment change)?

HC the new responsibility has opened up my eyes to all the wrong things employees do and how bad shape the company is really in?

HC this view makes me feel like a new hire, and I have to readjust a lot of my routine procedures?

HC most reps don't know this need to know information?

HC I can see why different depts and clients are upset with the company now that I have this new view?

HC I will make sure my teammates know the proper procedures so we can excel above the rest?

HC I hope we keep all of our current contracts and gain another client that we've been trying to obtain along with many more?
