We house the event in the GC High gym... funding isnt necessary because we are not doing anything over the top. The kids already have jerseys donated by the local sports store. Food is donated by the local vendors with a promise of advertising in the gym. All props, costumes, technical equipment and volunteers are furnished by the community churches, soundman USA, Boys and Girl Scouts of America, the red cross, and Blue Shield financial.


All we need is your blessing and approval to use the gym. I proposed the idea with all the necessary details taken care of. If we need a more short term service then lets throw on the school tshirts and pick up the trash outside the school adn around the neighborhood... boring but it gets the job done if the service is only needed to get on the trip.

This sounds great. I only hope that the children with special needs WHO ATTEND GC High will be able to participate.
