Well, at my school the houses are tiny and most girls do not live in. However...
1. Each room does have its own line and there is a seperate line for the house as a whole.
2. No curfew, but at midnight on weekdays and 2 am on weekends (i think I got the times right) the house is deadbolted so individual keys that non live-in girls have are no longer enough to get in.
3. Non sorority members are welcome to stay over.
4. No boys ever. And if a boy is going upstairs, before the cut off time for boys to be upstairs, it must be announced that a boy is on his way up.
5. Our house girls just use the tv room.
This is the info that I got from NM Education a few years ago. I do not live-in so some rules may have changed without my knowing.
