We also had a security guard. No alcohol, ever. Laundry facilities. A little kitchen to cook our own meals in as well as the full servie staffed kitchen. Housemother has own aprtment on first floor. President gets their own room, but can choose to share it--president's room was painted pink all others were white. No one ever knew why it was pink, but everyone wanted to live with the Pres. because of it. We had a computer center and a small gym--with a treadmill and bike, some weights. There was a huge tv with cable in the tv room, and a smaller tv in the small kitchen. Most girls also had tv's in their rooms. Dinner, as PenguinTrax said was buffet 4 nights a week, served once a week, on Mondays for formal chapter dinners. All houses had formal dinner and chapter meetings on the same night. Pledges of each organization would go from house to house throughtout the dinner hour making announcements, invititations, or delivering goods. Guys would send girls flowers and other things to Monday Night Dinner. After chapter meetings, all greeks would meet at the bar that was at the end of the Row--the "9-0", short for 901 club. OH, most junior members of the chapter living in the house live in "Pledge Porch"--a HUGE room that sleeps six. My roomates and I, chose to stay on Pledge Porch the whole time we lived there.

We got along so well, and loved the huge room, we didn't see a point in relinquishing it. People thought we were nuts for not wanting the cushier rooms, but we loved our room. President also has own bathroom. Community bath on second floor.
Hope that helps!
