It really all depends on how big the house is. Some houses are small and don't need a phone line in every room. They can make do with just one TV in the common area and just a few regular sized bathrooms. Others are huge, housing 60 girls or more and need multiple phone lines and t.v.'s, community bathrooms on each floor, etc. Hope this helps.
