I live in a small 3 bedroom home, in a gated community in Cape Canaveral, FL. We are 1,000 ft. from the Ocean, have 2 community (1 heated) swimming pools, raquetball, tennis courts, and a beautiful "jungle book" environment with wild peacocks and a lot of wild life.
We pay $850.00 a month. Granted, our landloard hasn't raised the rent on us in 5 years. Many of the townhomes are now going for $1400 a month, but we live in one of the few non-attatched houses.
