WOW, checking the website... $10,470. includes internet access/AC-heat, cable, local telephone service, water, AND we get complimentary toile paper...
however, i dont know how much square footage my room is. but its typically a double (and sometimes a triple) in my building, so technically im getting 2-3 times my money's worth.
then again, i'm an RA so i guess it adds up to $0/aquare foot?
trust me, im enjoying it while it lasts...
