Absolutely. it has been brought up. I just feel it should be brought up again!
Granted, as OTW said, We all are Looking to renew Chapters such as Mine. But, there has to be balance of expansion and revitializing! I give LXA Kuddos as We are tryiung to do this.
So, if there is a Fertile ground, then why not look into it?
