Alcohol -
I can say that the events that occured were because of alcohol related risk management problems. Alcohol was bought from chapter funds released by the treasurer - the purchase of kegs was also an issue. That is all i know. Not much more to add but that was the main issue that was repeatedly an issue at the chapter.
