I think somebody got shot or some altercation happened that was caught on tape. Might have been Kim's manager or bodyguard or someone like that. It was someone close to her. I do believe that she lied and said she didn't know who the person was when she was questioned by police, when clearly she did, so I guess it counts as perjury (sp?)?? Anyways, I think she lied when she should have told the truth.
