I just saw on the news this evening where they are advising people with debit cards that criminals have gotten access to people's pin numbers.
It amazes me how the criminal mind works and how it has gotten access to this information they say that it may have come in through possible retail stores! Be aware! Banks are working overtime to secure measures for debit card users! One woman interviewed said that the thieves had made out with at least $800.00 of her money from her bank account! They say this puts the burden on the banks to guarantee the money for those who have accounts -thus they are working furiously on this matter. This does not affect credit card users however.
