Just got back from the UK and didn't realize that it was your birthday yesterday. So I lift my glass to a great GCer, a great Lambda Chi, and a guy I'd like to salute for all your years on the force and for all the times you put your neck on the line to keep us safe here in the USA. To a good cop, a good friend, and a great interfraternal brother!
