So 25 bucks sounds like it's either a regular price upper bowl ticket, or a discounted upper bowl ticket that's in the first couple of rows.

And that's totally true about no really bad seats regardless of where you sit - I was in GM Place's upperbowl seats last tuesday (vs. Blackhawks) and we were centre ice - awesome seats.
