Don't give up, and don't let them think they got the best of you. Instead go to every function there is. Be the one that the rest of the greek community sees and says: "she's the most dedicated one out here." Get the other sisters, not involved in the clique, to band together to change what is in place now.
If during the year a position opens up (and there always is) run for it no matter what (that's how I got 2nd VP), and be the most qualified. Do your research and present action items when you get the chance to say why you should be elected. If you are the only one who can present strong evidence that you will work hard then they can't help but elect you, even if you think they don't like you.
