I agree with all of these except I think Paul Giamatti will get Best Supporting Actor.
The comment about BM not being looked at twice if it was a man and a women....well duh. Of course it wouldn't, that's the whole point. There wouldn't be a story/conflict/obstacle if it wasn't two men.....
