It's incredibly easy to follow. You'll get the basic tools when you join. You can also buy a food companion and dining out guide that makes it easy to find something when you go out to eat.
I gained all of my weight after having my son. I would recommend it to anyone.
Even my husband does it to some point. He has lost 50 pounds.
You don't have any special foods. You just count the "point value" of regular foods.
Weight watchers is amazing. Group meetings really help me and my mom stay on track.
