Thank you all for your help. You guys were right, you cant really find any history research on the web. I searched for hours and hours and only found one thing helpful with only one of four essays I need to write. The information I found was on the Myth of the Frontier and it wasnt really that good.
I think I am going to have to go to the library, but it will have to wait since I have a very busy day tomorrow and tuesday I am going out of town.
AlphaChiGirl, I am going to look into it and see if my school library supports an online database like you mentioned.

I actually need some more in depth information and will probably find it at the library! I really did appreciate your effort though!!
