She doesnt know if she will continue Greek life at the school she'll be going to, and I'm really trying to encourage her to do it. i think it will help her meet new people at her new college, and I think she would bring a lot to the sorority still. What can I do to convince her to keep involved in sorority life?

If there a chapter of your friend's sorority at her new school, it probably would behhove her to at least check it out. I agree with you, membership brings a common bond across campuses and it will give her an instant home as a transfer.
As far as I know, she isn't required to join that chapter if she doesn't want to (and she'll won't lose her membership)and they may even take a vote in the chapter if they will let her affiliate. I don't know your group's policies but that info should be readily available to your members.
