Interesting that the NIC website lists Phi Eta Psi under the 'fraternity links', yet not under 'who we are'. Obviously one of those lists needs to be corrected.
For what it is worth, most of the listings I've seen (also tried google search of "Phi Eta Psi" and "NIC") usually list Phi Eta Psi as an NIC member. However, they may be outdated as well.
