I just wanted to put my comments out on this thread as a non-greek. I live in Atlanta, GA. The most common tags/plates I've seen are AKA/APA, AKA/KAP, DST/OPP, DST/APA, ZPB/PBS. I just saw on Friday a PBS/AKA tag, and I had to do a double take cuz it was out of the ordinary.
I feel that you can't help who you fall in love with. I feel that those looking for a Greek connection may miss out on true love. I've dated a few Kappas, and they all were on that same level of being young minded and not serious. I've dated an Alpha, but the distance was too much. I'm currently dating a Sigma who is very much what could be my ideal man if he stays consistent. My sister has been seriously dating an Alpha man for 5 years, and she is non-greek. My Delta friend has been dating her baby's father for years, and he is not greek. Actually, all my greek friends have/are seriously dated/dating non-greeks.
When I told my Zeta friend about me dating a Sigma, she said leave her men alone. He told me he would never date his soror cuz that's incest. I thought that was real funny/cute. My Delta and AKA friends told me I'm at an all time low. I am used to dating Alphas and Kappas. More so Kappas than Alphas. About 70/30.

This was what I was wondering. Tangentially related, do you sisterfriends know many of your fellow Greeks who are married (or seriously dating) to non-Greeks? Truthfully, I haven't seen it happen that often where I'm from.
