I post sporadically and personally I feel that some folks take the title "moderator" a little too seriously - they set a negative tone on their boards and stomp around other boards like they are the FBI! Remember: Attitude reflects Leadership! The constant bark to "Do a Search" doesn't help either. Topics get repeated - BIG DEAL - maybe I don't care what someone who doesn't even participate in the board anymore said about a topic last year. This is not new nor unique to GC - there are a number of BGLO boards and chat rooms that get funky and ignorant and it is unfortunate.
