So ditto to what kddani said. Don't fall into the "gushing" trap, it'll make you sound insincere.
I'm just going to go out on a limb here and cut all the BS most people will say about UGA rush. The truth is it's very competetive, and they really couldn't care less about if you volunteered with their philanthropy. Sure it may help, but if you don't have their look, and aren't able to carry on a conversation with them, it doesn't matter anyway. I would just mention all the stuff you do in your rush profile and let that be that. Chapters are UGA already know what girls they want, and more importantly, what girls they do not want, even before you step into the door.
