in addition to band aids, purchase some mole skin-it really helps keep a blister from getting any worse, and if applied early enough can prevent one from developing. you can find it in the dr.scholl's section of the drug store. you will need some scissors to cut the mole skin to the right shape and size. some sunscreen might be helpful.
