Honestly I don't work out... I walk quite a bit every day for class, but that's as far as I go. My eating habits are terrible - I have a serious fast food addiction, but I maintain a good weight. I find that simply switching to healthy foods and smaller portions is enough to drop the pounds easily. I can only assume that working out would add to the weight loss, but I'd rather not go that route.
