Really, I'd like to know how you work out, cause i'm trying to lose weight. I've been working out for 3 weeks and i've only lost 3 1/2 pounds (and i'm starting to even gain some back..yikes).
I think i stand to lose a little weight (around 20 lbs...i'm 135). But to me, 3-5 lbs a week is A LOT...maybe i'm wrong though.
