U of O participated in Select 2000, so all Greeks there at that time knew those changes were coming. I pledged in 1996, and even then we were preparing for a dry Greek system.
It's also not strange that the cops cited the whole fraternity. Eugene cops have been doing underhanded things like that for years. They just bust into any old house and cite anyone who lives there if there is a party, whether they were participating or not. Busting fraternities must be a new thing, but the cops are bored in Eugene. I guess busting pot smoking hippies is too easy.
