JMom, know the feeling! I let one person go because he would not show for a meeting that I had called!!!
I was informed by my boss to fire a guy and there was no reason! I would not fire hime and I got resignated myself instead!
Probably the best thing that ever happened! The problem is having been in my own business's for the last 22 yrs., I cannot fire myself!
Dont make any money but at least i have a place to go 7 days a week!
