A lot of chapters have a Chapter Eternal, or an Omega Chapter, or another name for the brothers/sisters who've passed on.
Phi Mu doesn't have a name for this, but we love and respect the women who've come before (and after!) us. If you check our magazine, the Aglaia, you'll see a list of the sisters who have passed recently.
