I'm being told that the first floor has been framed... I'm going to go down tomorrow to "visit" and take pictures.
I've been fighting with the mortgage company (yeah, they see a 24-year-old single girl walk in and go.... "SUCKER") so that's been stressful, but assuming everything keeps going well, I'm moving in mid-April, just in time for my birthday!!!
