I am amazed that the specificity (sp?) of the rules. And, I also wonder if she ever attempted a set of "rules for him." I know if I was in that situation I would spend some time on RULES FOR HIM as a "counter-offer." (and leave it on the pillow on my way out of the door)

What would be your "counter offer" for this looser?
