I know this is an old thread, but I just had to post my favorite episodes from my favorite show:
"Homey, Dontcha Know Me"--when Tupac and Monica Calhoun (Player's Club, The Best Man) were on there
"Love Taps"-- When Gina and 'I'm Down" (Deon) had domestic issues
"If I Should Die Before I Wake"--Tisha Campbell as Josie, a student living with AIDS
"A Stepping Stone"--Gilbert Hall vs. Libby Hall ("Y'all can have that one. We don't need it.") Too funny!
"It Happened One Night"--When Kim thought she might be pregnant.
The episode when Whitley turns 21. I don't know if y'all know this, but when that episode was taped, Denzel Washington was on the set watching--unbeknownst to Jasmine Guy ("Know what wine does to me, Denzel? It makes me hot!!"). Way funny!
"When One Door Closes..." The final episode. Whitley and Dwayne leave Hillmantown, off to a different world ("I am pregnant--touchdown!)
There are so many more, I can't name them all--post Denise. Oh, wait a minute. There is one Denise episone I liked--"Rudy and the Snow Queen (Rudy comes to visit and takes and liking to Whitley)
Favorite Character: Whitley Marion Gilbert-Wayne
Least Favorite Character: Kinu (Kinusabi, Kukalee, Kiladada)
I even like the spin Boyz II Men put on the theme song for the last season. I'd sure like to see a reunion show.
