I made a pillow for my little in my service club when I took her.
First, get a pillow. Your neigborhood JoAnn's Fabrics, Pat Catans, or Michael's Craft Supply should have pre stuffed blank pillows in assorted colors, sizes, and prices.
Second, figure out how to decorate it. I used glitter glue in different colors to write "Kappa Phi *hearts* Erin". I've seen them done with fabric paint, beads, fabric cutouts of your letters, anything you want!
