It wasn't too quick. I used Flash & just did a trace of a picture in a different layer. I just got flash last week so I haven't had the chance to learn much about it yet or play with it...just during class instead of listening to my evidence professor. you could also use photoshop & simply use the magic wand to replace the photo colors with the simple solid color, but I think the extra time in Flash makes it look much more clean.
